Journaling is a deeply personal practice that holds such deep value in my life. It fosters self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-expression. It provides a safe space. I am able to declutter my thoughts, my emotions, and my ideas, because uummm…sometimes there is a WHIRLWIND going on in my mind! #MomBrain - LOL!
It’s a simple activity that has lead the way for my mental clarity. It also helps me to embrace, enjoy and be grateful for my journey. I don’t want to only celebrate when I get to my personal goals, I want to appreciate the process along the way. Journaling has helped me with this tremendously. It’s a reminder of growth and lessons learned.
Whenever I am consistent with my journaling it fuels my creativity, my motivation, and acts as a form of self-care. It boosts my mood, reduces stress and anxiety. I admit, I am NOT always consistent…and truthfully it’s the main reason why I’m writing this post; I want to hold myself accountable….
